Return & Refund Policy

At Greaten Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your digital wind instrument, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and unworn).
  • It must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables.
  • The product must not show any signs of wear or damage.
  • Note for Hygiene: Due to the nature of wind instruments, mouthpieces must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for return for non-defective reasons.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@greaten-store.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the specific instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the warehouse without prior authorization.

4. Return Shipping Address

All authorized returns should be sent to our U.S. processing center:

  • Address: 49 Stouts Ln, Ste 3-4, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852, United States.
  • Please include your order number inside the package.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, Greaten Store will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns: If you are returning the item for personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want it), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge a restocking fee for returned items.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@greaten-store.com.
