1. Shipping Locations & Warehouse
To ensure fast delivery, all U.S. orders are stocked in and shipped directly from our U.S. Fulfillment Center.
- Warehouse Location: 49 Stouts Ln, Ste 3-4, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852, United States.
- Shipping Area: Currently, we primarily ship to addresses within the United States. (For international inquiries, please contact our support team).
2. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States.
- Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
3. Order Processing & Transit Time
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Transit Time: 3-7 business days (Monday – Friday) via Standard Shipping.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
4. Shipping Methods & Tracking
We partner with reliable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your instrument arrives safely.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Damaged Packages: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@greaten-store.com with photos of the packaging and the product.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If still missing, contact us within 5 business days.
6. Taxes & Duties
- Sales Tax: Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and local state laws.
- International Orders: For international orders (if applicable), customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
